After nearly two decades in HR, our Founder, Danielle Carnegie has supported businesses of all sizes to navigate their way through navigate complex HR challenges, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and strategic HR planning. About six months back, she had an "a-ha" moment where she realised that all businesses, big or small, share a common need for HR solutions that fit like a glove, without squashing their culture or mojo.
